Our kitchen prepares a new menu every day based on seasonality and availability – so we can’t always tell you what to expect – but we do promise it will be tasty. The menu and prices will always be on display on a large blackboard in the clubhouse. Typically the changing menu will consist of a soup, a choice of three or four starters, four or five mains, and two desserts. We endeavour to compose the menus so that there is something for everyone; from the Thai food enthusiast, vegetarians or the more healthy-minded, to young, hungry teenagers and those watching their waistline.
That said, we try to always have a good selection of finger-licking classics like sweet chicken satay sticks, coconut curries, veggie bowls and crispy rolls for easy pics.

Bay Beach Club
Hanging out in the bay is all about slow- and easy living – that’s why we kept it simple. Here we serve homemade steamy pizzas from the stone oven and salads alongside chilled wine, beers, fresh shakes and soft drinks.
For a special moment, we can arrange a private dinner on request. Enjoy a candlelit dinner or a family celebration at our Mayula Sala overlooking the bay.
The Orchard
We have green fingers and believe a mojito with mint branches from the garden simply tastes better. Our organic orchard supplies our kitchen with a range of delicious vegetables and herbs every day.
Our orchard is a “forever project” and is always growing – soon you can also enjoy our own: mangos, papayas, oranges, passion fruit, bananas, longans, dragon fruits.
Coconut lovers
We make our own coconut milk from local coconuts. It is very time-consuming to make coconut milk because you have to grate the coconut by hand, and we use an awful lot of coconut milk in our daily cooking. But by doing it this way we can guarantee you that the coconut milk is fresh and unadulterated.
Breakfast
Whether you are preparing for a day of adventure or just dazing under a palm, a good breakfast is a good way to start the day.
The breakfast consists of a mix of buffet and a la carte and is served daily at The Clubhouse from 7am to 11am.
For breakfast, there is a buffet with freshly squeezed orange juice, coconut juice, tea, coffee, etc. Continental options include homemade bread and jams, as well as wild honey from the savannah. Also served are cereals and fruits, as well as a full range of cooked eggs, noodles and rice dishes.
Saturday Barbecue
One of our most beloved rituals is our Saturday beach barbeque. To the view of an orange setting sun, the sound of a crackling bonfire and feet in the sand we invite you to cocktails at the beach followed by a full-blown long table barbecue at the Club House. The menu will typically include several grilled fish, seafood and meats, as well as satay sticks and various curries including vegetarian options. There are always plenty of vegetable salads and fruits on display alongside rice dishes.
